Returns
We want every SEVRA product to meet your expectations.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.
Pre-Orders
If you’ve placed a pre-order and change your mind before dispatch, you may cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard returns terms apply.
Standard Returns
Once your order has been delivered, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is returned in its original condition
- All original packaging is included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
24 Month Warranty
Every SEVRA product is built to be used, relied upon, and trusted. That’s why we offer a 24 month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
What the 24 month warranty covers
Our 24 month warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing faults
- Defects in materials
- Stitching or construction failures that occur under normal use
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair or replace the item.
What the 24 month warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
- Damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or extreme impact
We design SEVRA products with safety and durability in mind, but no guarantee can cover every scenario.
Safety & Inspection
If a product has been involved in a significant impact, inspection is always recommended before further use. Safety-focused components should never be relied upon if there is reason to believe they may have been compromised.
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
